1. About these terms

The RUH Watch website (ruhwatch.com) and its @RUH_Watch account on X are a free service provided by Roundout Company LLC, a Saudi limited liability company based in Riyadh, Commercial Registration No. 7055349612 ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the service is

A free, independent and unofficial information service. It is not affiliated with King Khalid International Airport or its operators, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, or any airline, and does not speak for any of them.

3. Where the data comes from

All flight data shown on the site and on the X account comes from external parties and open sources: information publicly available from various sources on the internet, such as the schedules and statuses published by airlines, airports and flight tracking services. We do not produce this data and do not claim to own it; we only collect it automatically, combine it and present it in one place in an easy-to-use way, with statistics derived from it.

4. Accuracy and limitation of liability

The information is collected and updated automatically and may be late, incomplete, inaccurate or different from reality. It is for general guidance only and does not replace official sources; always check your flight's status with your airline before going to the airport. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from reliance on the information shown or from interruption of the service, such as a missed flight or travel or booking costs.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal information, share its links, and quote it with credit. You may not:

• copy the site's content or data automatically on a large scale, or republish it for commercial purposes, without our written permission;
• put unusual load on the server, or try to disrupt or break into the site or reach parts of it that are not public;
• misuse the contact form, for example to send spam or abusive or unlawful messages;
• use the site in any way that breaks the laws of the Kingdom, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, logo, texts, software, the way the data is compiled and presented, and the statistics derived from it belong to Roundout Company LLC and are protected under the Copyright Law. We do not claim ownership of flight data as public information. Airline and airport names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify flights.

7. Links and outside services

The site may link to outside sites and services such as X; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Changes and suspension

We may change or stop the service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and change these terms by publishing them on this page with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
